Barclays' New Chairman to Review Bank

Barclays' Sir David Walker has his work cut out for him. According to the new Chairman, was installed on 11/1/12, his first order of business will be to assess the entire business, regardless of whether it conforms with any of former CEO Robert Diamond Jr.'s business plans. Sir David's priority: "getting it right."
Out of the gate, this includes finding a new CEO, reforming compensation, and changing culture at the bank.
