BATS Global Markets Going Public
October 31, 2011
The SEC approved proposed rule changes from BATS and BYX that would enable BATS Global Markets, Inc., to proceed with its anticipated initial public offering of shares of its Class A Common Stock (the “IPO”).
BATS Exchange (BATS Exchange) and BYX (BATS-Y Exchange) sought the SEC's permission to amend and restate their respective Second Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation.
