CBOE, CBSX Appointment Systems Going Online
August 21, 2012
[ by Howard Haykin ]
Effective Tuesday, 9/4/12, the Market-Maker and DPM Administration (MDA) Department no longer will facilitate CBOE Market-Maker appointment changes via an email or phone call request. Instead, Market-Maker appointments will be processed via the online appointments system (MPPI), at https://appointments.cboe.com.
Generally, email or phone call requests will be accepted only in the event of a system malfunction. However, the MDA Department will continue to accept phone calls whenever members need assistance or have questions on the functionality of the appointments system.
Those persons who do not have access to the online appointments should contact 312-786-7198 or mqa@cboe.com. The MDA Department will continue to maintain DPM, eDPM, and LMM appointments in the appointments system.
Contact Allison Kile at (312) 786-7210 or kilea@cboe.com with further questions.
[CBOE RegCirc 12-114, 8/16/12] and [CBSX RegCirc 12-115, 8/16/12], which updates information provided recently issued Regulatory Circulars.
