Corporate Banking Head Moves : JPM -> BofA

August 4, 2011

Bank of America announced the hiring of Anne Clarke Wolff as its new co-head of global corporate banking.  Ms. Wolff, who will be based in New York, will split responsibilities with Joel Van Dusen.  She's expected to start in October and will report to Paul Donofrio, Christian Meissner and Michael Rubinoff of global corporate and investment banking.

The move fits into BofA's ongoing strategy to expand its corporate and investment banking operations beyond the United States.

Ms. Wolff has been working at JPMorgan, where she served as head of global sales for that its treasury services unit.  Prior to that, she spent two decades at Citigroup.   [Reuters, 8/4/11]
