Winston & Strawn: 22 litigation partners, including global litigation head Jeffrey Kessler and antitrust attorney Paul Victor. DLA Piper: Attorneys including Jeffrey Potash, Berge Setrakian, and Joseph Tato. Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler: Henry Ricardo joined the financial services litigation group in New York. WilmerHale: International arbitrator James Carter assumed a senior counsel position.O'Melveny and Myers: Finance and mergers and acquisitions attorneys Richard Shutran, Junaid Chida, Arthur Hazlitt, Mark Caterini, and Dev Sen joined the New York office.
