Amy Radin, EVP of, and Chief Innovation Officer ("CIO") for, E*Trade Financial Corporation, has been recognized as one of US Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Banking. As CIO, Ms. Radin is responsible for identifying and assessing trends and opportunities in the financial services industry and for developing new sources of growth through broader and deeper relationships, which help people achieve their financial goals. With a focus on the consumer, Ms. Radin is charged with facilitating collaboration across the company to develop innovative products and solutions that create value for customers and shareholders, and a sustainable competitive advantage for our business.
Ms. Radin is a versatile executive with more than 25 years of experience that includes leadership roles at American Express and Citigroup. Prior to joining E*Trade in 2010, she was SVP, Global Chief Marketing Officer at Reader’s Digest Association, where she advanced multi-channel marketing programs across 28 brands and 78 markets, surpassing performance targets. With Citigroup Global Consumer Group, Ms. Radin served as EVP for Global Direct Banking, and Global Chief Innovation Officer. Earlier, she was EVP for Customer Engagement and e-Business within Citigroup’s U.S. Cards division.
