March 25, 2011

Marvin “Marv” Adams is the new Chief Operating Officer at TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation;  he'll come on board in April and will lead all IT and operations functions, including systems development, data centers and infrastructure, networks, project management and process improvement, and brokerage clearing and operations.

Prior to joining TIAA-CREF, Adams served in a financial leadership capacity with several other notable organizations, including:  (i) Fidelity Investments;  (ii) Citigroup;  (iii) Bank One Corporation;  (iv) Ford Motor Company;  and (v) Xerox.   [Business Wire, 3/22]
