FINRA 2011 Priorities - Regulatory and Exams

February 8, 2011

HOT OFF THE PRESSES.  FINRA 2011 Annual Regulatory and Examination Priorities Letter, highlighting areas of significance - new and existing.  Contributors to this year's letter included the Member Regulation, Market Regulation and Enforcement Departments, along with FINRA's Office of Fraud Detection and Market Intelligence.

It's a 13-page document that covers:  (i) Recent Developments;  (ii) Examination Priorities;  (iii) Conclusion.

We didn't have a chance to read through the publication.  However, we invite you to return to RULE Page on Wednesday, when we've had a chance to put some meat on the bones.  Thanks.
