FINRA Market Reg: Free Options Regulation Conference

[ by Howard Haykin ] FINRA Market Regulation will hold a free 2-hour conference to discuss regulatory issues with firms that trade in the options markets. Topics will include:
  • Large Options Positions Report (LOPR) obligations;
  • Use of Origin Order Codes across markets;
  • Best Execution Obligations; and
  • High-message traffic rates.
FINRA staff will discuss other current regulatory topics and conclude the conference with an open discussion.  Attendees can attend either in person or by phone.  The conference will take place in New York at FINRA's office at One Liberty Plaza.
