FINRA Registration for Operations Personnel Moves Forward
March 4, 2011
FINRA submitted a 314-page rule filing to the SEC proposing to establish a registration category, qualification exam, and CE requirements for certain Operations Personnel. FINRA also would adopt new FINRA Rule 1250, Continuing Education Requirements.
