Friday, Nov. 5: CFTC, SEC Tackle Emerging Regulatory Issues

The SEC and the CFTC will hold a Joint Advisory Committee meeting on Emerging Regulatory Issues, on Friday morning, November 5. Meeting agenda includes:
- Commission staffs will provide a summary and recap on the report issued 9/30.
- Subcommittee on cross-market linkages will give its report.
- Subcommittee on pre-trade risk management will give its report. Joint Committee will discuss potential recommendations and responses.
