Galleon's Rajaratnam Case: Justice Delayed

Convicted insider trader, Raj Rajaratnam, was given a 2-month reprieve.  The Galleon Group hedge fund manager was scheduled to be sentenced on 7/29, after a jury found him guilty of 14 counts of securities fraud and conspiracy.  The court has postponed sentencing until 9/27/11, which will allow him to enjoy another 2 months of freedom.   [Dealbook, 6/30/11]
