Goldman Sachs Changes Investment Banking Management

Goldman Sachs announced changes to its global investment banking leadership.  Richard Gnodde, has been named co-head of investment banking, a major profit center at Goldman.  He joins John S. Weinberg and David Solomon, the current co-heads of the division, and retains his role as co-CEO of Goldman Sachs International. 

The firm also announced that Gordon Dyal, M&A global head, will become co-chair of investment banking, and London-based Yoel Zaoui, a top investment banker and head of the investment banking in Europe, becomes co-head of global merger and acquisitions.  The other co-head is Gene Sykes.  [NYTimes, 5/16/11]
