MSRB 2013 Rule Book
MSRB Welcomes Comments on its Rules and Rule Book.

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) on Monday published an electronic version of its printed 2013 Rule Book, detailing rules for municipal securities dealers and municipal advisors effective as of 1/1/13. While the rules are available on the regulator's site - www.msrb.org - having the rules in book format facilitates ease of use. A printed version of the Rule Book is available for purchase from MSRB.
Comment Period. The MSRB currently seeks industry and public comment on its entire Rule Book as it engages in a comprehensive review to ensure that its rules reflect current market practices. Please submit comments on or before 2/19/13 - note the rather short window.
