OTC Bulletin Board Renamed - FINRA

FINRA notified the SEC in a rule filing (11-19) that it will rename the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) facility, probably in late 2012. Over the coming months, FINRA will be announcing details about the transition to "Non-NMS Quotation Service," or "NNQS."
Relevant details and timelines will be announced on OTCBB.com and FINRA.org. Further, details, regarding the evolution of the OTCBB will be forthcoming. At present, the anticipated implementation date of the name change will be late 2012.
