SEC Committee to Meet on Small/Emerging Companies

The SEC Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, 5/1/13, at the Commission’s headquarters. The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m., and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. The meeting also will be available via online webcast at www.sec.gov.
Agenda items to include:
- consideration of recommendations and other matters relating to rules and regulations affecting small and emerging companies under the federal securities laws.
