Tracking the New Rules: SIFMA Comment Letters

SIFMA has been active in challenging policymakers and regulators on regulatory reforms that touch almost every aspect of financial services.  For that reason, C-I regularly tracks SIFMA for comment letters, testimony and such - something you Members and visitors should do, as well.  Some of the hot-button issues that SIFMA's been talking or writing about, with their links:

  • 12/10:  Comment Letter to SEC re:  Implementation of Dodd-Frank Act Relating to Conflicts of Interest.
  • 12/8:  Comment Letter to SEC on Fees for NYSE Arca Depth-of-Book Data (submitted with NetCoalition).
