UBS Hit With Another Defection

Kevin Cox, formerly head of Americas investment banking at UBS, is the latest banker to leave UBS, which has been struggling to hold down compensation.  Mr. Cox is joining Citigroup, where he'll co-chair global industrials banking.   He will be based in New York and report to Raymond McGuire, head of global banking.  Mr. Cox, had joined UBS in 2002, and most recently had chaired the global industrials group.  Before UBS, he spent 16 years at Morgan Stanley.   [Dealbook, 5/4/11]
