Upcoming MSRB Education, Outreach Seminar

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) will host an education and outreach event for municipal market professionals on 11/14/11 in New York City. The event will provide an opportunity for industry professionals to learn about the MSRB’s fiscal year 2012 operating objectives and its rulemaking efforts for municipal advisors and dealers.
Seminar Details. Monday, 11/14 from 2 - 5 p.m. ET at the Harvard Club, 35 West 44th Street, New York, NY. MSRB representatives will discuss initiatives the MSRB is undertaking in support of its mission to protect investors and municipal entities, including rulemaking, market transparency and education activities. The program also will include updates on the MSRB’s implementation of the Dodd-Frank Reform Act.
The seminar is open to all members of the municipal securities community. There's no charge, though pre-registration is required.
