Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner reportedly eye DC move as Trump administration takes shape

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, Donald Trump's daughter and son-in-law, are reportedly looking at houses in Washington as the president-elect's administration takes shape.

The possible move from New York signals that Kushner, a key Trump advisor, could still have input in his father-in-law's administration in some capacity, CNN reported Monday. While anti-nepotism laws may complicate an appointment to a paid White House position, Trump could still find some role for Kushner.

Incoming White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus signaled as much last month, telling NBC's "TODAY" that Kushner could be "very involved" in decisions.

Kushner, whose father is a billionaire real estate mogul, had little political experience before Trump's campaign but became an influential advisor during and after the campaign.
